You're not the only member who's had trouble with that popup. I've already asked about it on Proboards Support. Unfortunately, it's a legal popup for members living in Europe, and I can't do anything to block it, but you should still be able to post. My suggestion is that you check to see if your browser is set to clear cookies. If it is, then you'll have to change the settings so that cookies aren't deleted every time you close down your browser. That way, if cookies aren't deleted, you shouldn't keep seeing that popup.
